Kate Tarpey Kate Tarpey
Kate began as the Finance Manager for the Adult Learning Center in June 2007.
She holds MBA and BBA degrees from the University of Iowa and a Masters in Women's Studies from Trinity University in Ireland.
Before coming to ALC, she was the Finance Manager for Reading In Motion, a nonprofit organization working to improve the reading skills of Chicago Public School students. Kate has also held finance positions with an agency working to end domestic violence in Chicago and a criminal justice organization in San Francisco.
When not working, Kate spends time with her two young daughters, Annie and Neve.
